Risotteria e Cantina Agli Alboretti

Meeting-place for famous artists and art patrons in the 50s and 60s, Agli Alboretti restaurant is now experiencing a new phase thanks to the encounter between Anna Linguerri, owner and sommelier, and her partners Francesco Amato, a bizarre, innovative chef and Pierangelo Federici, general manager. This union has brought about an elegant “risotteria (rice specialities) with wine cellar” .

A friendly though discreet atmosphere, offering a very well-thought out menu that features traditional recipes and risottos with the most particular flavours, smells and colours coming together, accompanied by an interesting selection of the best Italian wines.

The restaurant is at the Accademia, just behind the Galleries, in an original framework of the lively Venice milieu. A cool internal garden has been added to the elegant dining room for the summer.
