Run since 1950 by the same family, Algiubagiò restaurant is away from the usual tourist tracks, in the quiet area of Fondamenta Nuove.

It has a spacious terrace from which you can enjoy a lovely view of the Northern Lagoon in summertime. The dining room is furnished in an elegant manner, using high quality materials and featuringscrupulous attention to detail.

Algiubagiò proposes a vast and startling menu, full of refined specialities (including wasabi tuna tartare, marinated sardines and marinated scampi ‘in saor’, ravioli with Fossa cheese with goose and truffles, Angus fillet steak with vodka and Gorgonzola), accompanied by top-quality wines chosen from a list presenting more than 300 labels.

At Carnival time, it offers typical Venetian cakes, as per tradition. Algiubagiò is alsoa snack bar and tobacconist’s.
