Ristorante Osteria Da Fiore

Hidden away in Calle del Scaleter just a few minutes’ walk from the Rialto Market, Osteria da Fiore has completely changed in just a few years, thanks to Mara Martin’s decision-making and extraordinary cooking talent. It has gone from a charming local tavern to a restaurant of international fame, worthy of its one Michelin star.

The restaurant, run with competence and passion by Maurizio Martin, has an exquisitely Venetian connotation which nonetheless keeps up-to-date with today’s tastes: from the ingredients of the dishes, which are carefully chosen and strictly seasonal, purchased from small local producers in Veneto, to the refined service, combined with a convivial and cosy environment, Osteria Da Fiore has gradually become a must for food and fish lovers on a visit to Venice.

Among the favourite dishes of the most demanding gourmets are bass with balsamic vinegar, slices of tuna fillets with rosemary, risottos and fried crabs, all to be tried accompanied by the best Italian and French wines.
