Ristorante Fiaschetteria Toscana

The Fiaschetteria Toscana restaurant is in the heart of Venice, in Salizada S.Giovanni Grisostomo, very close to the Rialto bridge.

It has been run by Albino and Mariuccia Busatto since 1956, who are now helped by their son Stefano.

The restaurant has outdoor seating in a characteristic little square. A vast and qualified selection of the best Italian wines offers the right accompaniment for the wide range of dishes that make the most of local products, which are dominated by “our” fish. Even in the most elaborate dishes, typical characteristics are sought after.

Various meat dishes, including the “Chianina” – Tuscan beef - are also on the menu, in addition to a wide selection of the best Italian cheeses. Last but not least, don’t miss Mariuccia’s lovingly prepared desserts.
