Oven-baked Turbot with potatoes

Peel the potatoes, cut into pieces and steam with a little oil and salt.

Clean the turbot very carefully, then place on a baking pan that has been lightly oiled with a little extra-virgin olive oil. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle the turbot with oil and lemon juice.

Add the potatoes and a few knobs of butter, place in a pre-heated oven and bake for about 30 minutes at 160°. Serve hot.
