Spaghetti con alici dell’alto Adriatico

Put the olive oil, parsley, garlic and chives into a pan. Add the cherry tomatoes and sauté for 5 minutes.

Add the cleaned anchovies, the washed black olives and capers in salt, and boiled cannellini beans.

Add white wine, salt and chilli pepper to taste, then cook until ready.
